Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP licensure (state requirements apply)
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred
- Competency with teletherapy platforms and technology
- Ability to develop and implement IEPs
- Clear communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and virtual speech-language services to K–12 students
- Conduct evaluations, assessments, and screenings to determine students’ needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals (IEPs)
- Monitor and document students’ progress and participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Offer consultation and support for classroom strategies
- Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
