Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state SLP licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, though CFY candidates are encouraged to apply
• Experience in school-based settings and working with elementary-age children
• Strong communication, organizational, and record-keeping skills
• Flexibility and willingness to travel between sites as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop IEPs for students with communication needs
• Provide individualized and group therapy to support social, academic, and emotional growth
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to optimize student outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Engage in case management and participate in IEP meetings as a valued team member
