Oncology Training Manager

To develop and deliver Oncology Training for the oncology nurse educator team, the full-time remote Senior Oncology Training Manager will manage training programs, ensure compliance with promotional policies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance clinical acumen. Key responsibilities Develop and execute training programs and initiatives with minimal guidance Coordinate with various departments to ensure accuracy and compliance of training materials Lead training meetings, managing logistics and vendor relationships Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience preferred Clinician experience preferred Knowledge of Medical Oncology and Gynecologic oncology areas preferred Experience developing training tools to enhance clinical acumen is a plus
