General Manager – New Fast Casual Concept | Camp Springs, MD
Compensation: Up to $80K, based on experience + profit sharing and competitive benefits package

A brand new fast casual concept is coming to the Camp Springs area, and we're looking for a founding General Manager to lead it from day one. This is your chance to shape the culture, build the team, and set the standard.

You'll run a hands-on operation across both the kitchen and the floor. Expect to jump in wherever you're needed, from expo to guest experience to closing the books. Experience managing alcohol sales is a must.

We want a leader who develops people, drives operational excellence, and keeps guests coming back. If you've led as a GM, AGM, or multi-unit operator and you're ready for something you can call your own, this fits.
