Kosta Browne seeks a hospitality leader to oversee comprehensive event management, luxury client relations, and strategic ambassador programming. This role requires executive-level sophistication to manage affluent clientele, advanced wine knowledge, and proven ability to generate revenue through relationship building and program development. Core Responsibilities Luxury Event Management & Leadership – Lead comprehensive planning and execution of exclusive KB private events and consumer experiences, serving as primary contact for high-value members from initial consultation through follow-up and with partners and vendors. Collaborate cross‑departmentally to assess event impact and maintain seamless luxury operations. Strategic Ambassador Programming – Lead development and execution of ambassador programming including private tastings and regional experiences, with strategic relationship building and sophisticated brand representation. Hospitality Operations – Support the hospitality team, daily luxury operations, and winery organization. Host winery experiences ensuring all member interactions exceed expectations through anticipatory service and cultural sensitivity.
