Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse

Our organization in Moses Lake, WA is looking for a dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurse to deliver exceptional nursing care to both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care residents.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough assessments of residents' health status.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Oversee and implement individualized care plans.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a resident-centered approach.
Support residents in their recovery journeys and manage chronic health conditions.
Advocate for the needs and preferences of residents.
Provide mentorship and guidance to support staff.

Qualifications and Requirements

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Strong assessment and clinical skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Compassionate approach to patient care.
