Inventory Manager

Our client is a leading supplier of surfacing products (countertop/floor/wall) in North America. They are currently searching for an experienced Inventory/Operations Manager to join their team. FULLY IN-OFFICE in Edison. HOURS: M-F 8:00 AM - 05:00 PM, 1 Saturday a month 8:00 AM - 01:00 PM Responsible for daily Cycle Counts, Research, Root Cause Analysis, Findings, and Developing Solutions to improve overall health of Warehouse Inventory. Proficient in executing and tracking inventory KPI's. Responsible for Annual Physical Inventory from coordination, execution, and process improvement standpoint. Implement process improvements to increase efficiency or reduce waste. Provide direct supervision to the shift supervisors. Hold them accountable for their performance and the performance of their teams. Provide Leadership, training, and supervision to 25 to 50 team members. Education and/or Experience requirements Must have 5 years of Distribution Inventory experience. Must know Process Improvements, Cycle Counts & Root Cause Analysis. Must have a minimum of 5 years of supervisory/management experience. Must have supervised at least 10+ team members. Strong knowledge and understanding of Distribution and Warehouse Management applications. Bachelor's Degree with emphasis on Logistics or Operations Management preferred.
