Overview Registered Nurse (ER) travel assignment in a surgery center setting. Location: Tuba City, Arizona. Start date: 07/13/2026. Duration: 11 weeks. Weekly pay: $2,043 – $2,166. Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,043 – $2,166 per week Guaranteed hours: 36 per week Contract duration: 11 weeks Start date: 07/13/2026 Shift: Flex Work setting: surgery center Responsibilities Perform triage and initial assessment of emergency department patients; monitor vital signs and report changes Administer medications and therapies per physician orders; respond to acute changes in patient condition Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and multidisciplinary teams to implement patient care plans Prepare patients for procedures and assist with ambulatory or minor surgical procedures; monitor post-procedure recovery Document care in the electronic health record, maintain patient safety, privacy, and comfort Provide patient and family education, discharge instructions, and appropriate referrals as needed Requirements Active RN license from any state (AZ licensure not required) Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS; NRP required within 12 months of hire Additional certifications: TNCC and ENPC required within 12 months of hire NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale) completed within 6 months of hire ESI Level 5 certification required within 3 months of hire; patient sitter competency training upon hire Ability to work in a fast‑paced ED/surgical‑setting environment and follow physician orders and hospital policies Benefits and Support Housing options: shared housing available at $600 per month; limited availability; housing application required 2 weeks prior to start; no family or pets in housing Orientation: every 2 weeks Assignment support through Healthforce Healthcare LLC to assist with onboarding and travel logistics Pay Disclaimer: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
