Job Description
Title: Clinical Nurse - Specialty

Schedule: Flexible to days/evenings/nights & weekends

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 11 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36

Requirements:
- RN license from any state
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification (to be completed within one year of hire)
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification (to be completed within one year of hire)
- Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) certification (to be completed within one year of hire)
- Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) certification (to be completed within one year of hire)
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification (to be completed within six months of hire)
- Emergency Severity Index Level 5 and Patient Sitter Competency Training (to be completed within three months of hire)

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform various nursing care procedures requiring professional knowledge and consideration for specific patient conditions and treatments.
- Work independently in completing assigned tasks and following physician orders and nursing policies.
- Provide support to individuals of all ages and their families.
- Maintain current certifications as required for the role.

Compliance / Notes:
- Orientation is held every two weeks.
- Exemptions for COVID-19 and flu vaccinations may be accepted after submission of a declination form.
- Housing application must be submitted two weeks prior to start date.
