Women's Care in Orlando/Winter Park, FL, is seeking a dedicated OBGYN, welcoming both residents completing their training and experienced physicians, to join their well-established team. This role offers the opportunity to provide a full spectrum of obstetrics and gynecology services within a supportive, patient-centered environment. The practice is committed to clinical excellence and investing in its providers, offering mentorship for new graduates and a comprehensive support system.Practice InfoWell-established team in the community for 40+ years.Practice includes 12 board-certified OB/Gyns, 3 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), and 3 Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) Hospitalists.Onsite Mammography and Sonography.CNMs provide coverage throughout the week with 12-hour in-house shifts.Admitting Hospital: Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women & Babies, a 350-bed facility dedicated exclusively to the care of women and babies, with MFM Onsite.ResponsibilitiesProvide a full spectrum of obstetrics and gynecology services.Manage 20-25 Patients Per Day.Perform in-office sonography.Perform in-office surgery.Participate in a 1:12 Call Rotation.Cover 12-Hour Weekday Call Shifts.Cover 24-Hour Weekend Call Shifts.CompensationCompetitive compensation package: base salary + productivity incentive.Sign-on Bonuses.Relocation Support.Student Loan Support.$3,500 CME Allowance.BenefitsPTO + Paid Holidays.CME Days.Comprehensive Benefits: Health/Medical/Vision/Dental.Company-paid malpractice.401K with company contribution.Shift & Schedule1:12 Call Rotation.12-Hour Weekday Call Shifts.24-Hour Weekend Call Shifts.RequirementsMD/DO.Unrestricted State Medical License.Unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain.OB/GYN BC/BE (ABOG, AOBOG).Completion of ACGME OBGYN Residency program.Board certification required within 5 years of eligibility.BLS.
