Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $21.50 / Hour Job Schedule: Day Time Wed 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM Thur 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM Sat 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM Sun 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the business location, perimeter, entry points, parking areas, and active project spaces, as assigned. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials in accordance with site procedures, and report unusual conditions to appropriate personnel. Complete clear and accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements. Minimum Requirements: At least two years of security-related experience is required. Prior supervisory experience is required. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
