Five Guys is a family owned and operated franchise restaurant group that focuses on serving high quality burgers and fries in a clean, no frills atmosphere. We choose to spend money on the best crew and highest quality ingredients rather than décor and advertising. Five Guys was established in 1986 in Arlington, VA. In 2003, Five Guys opened its first franchise location and with the help of loyal franchisees, Five Guys has expanded from five to over 800 locations nationwide. ZAGAT Survey, restaurant guide and reviews, said \"there are no better burgers" and Five Guys was recently voted #1 burger in Zagat's 2010 fast food survey. Assistant Manager The Assistant Manager supports the General Manager in effectively and efficiently managing a restaurant within the policies and guidelines of the Company to ensure guest satisfaction, profit maximization and development of high -performing work teams which consist of shift managers and team members. This position reports to the General Manager. Qualifications include: at least two years of experience in the quick service industry, a minimum of two years experience supervising others and a high school education. Benefits:- Free meals
