Medical Surgical Float Pool - Travel Registered Nurse- $2210 per week.

Shift: 5:30 PM - 6:00 AM

Experience:

• 36 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Medical Surgical Float Pool experience.

• 3 months of travel experience is required.

• 3 months of Epic experience is required with 3 months within the last 24 months (2 years).

• ADN completion required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Staffency Program - ThedaCare and no current placement allowed at Program: Staffency Program - ThedaCare.

Additional Details:

An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.

Required Skills/Experience: Minimum 2+ years Med/Surg experience and 1 travel assignment required. Neuro/ortho trauma experience required. Experience with chest tubes, PCA/epidural/Q-ball, CBI, and post-op neuro trauma and post-op ortho trauma surgeries (including fusions and backs/spines) required.

Special Requests: Any missed shift must be made up within 2 weeks of the absence. Candidates with NP licensure will only be considered for NP roles, not RN roles.

Unit Details: Primary cases include trauma surgical, neuro, and ortho.

Shift & Scheduling: Up to every other weekend. Holiday rotation, as needed. No call.

Floating Requirements: Throughout the facility within skillset and to all ThedaCare facilities.

9 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 3 years

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
