• Stay informed about industry trends and local market developments to offer clients the most current advice and opportunities.

• Active Real Estate License (or in the process of obtaining one).
• Proven track record of success in real estate sales, particularly in the luxury market.
• Experience in cultivating and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth clients.
• Ability to leverage advanced marketing tools to enhance property visibility and client engagement.
• Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for clients in high-stakes transactions.
• Proficiency in conducting detailed market analysis to provide strategic insights to clients.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to deliver tailored property showings.
