First-year earning potential when goals are met: $150,000+

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market trends and property values to provide accurate advice to clients.

• Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to engage and build relationships.
• Ability to confidently present and highlight property features to prospective buyers.
• Proven track record of managing tasks efficiently, ensuring smooth transactions from start to finish.
• Willingness to collaborate with team members, sharing insights and strategies for mutual growth.
• Commitment to participating in ongoing training and mentorship programs to enhance your skills.
• Familiarity with local real estate market trends and property values, or a strong desire to learn.
