Trainer on-Call Supervisor
Job Summary:
BrightCare HomeCare, a leading provider of home care services in Louisiana, is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Trainer on-Call Supervisor to join our team. As a Trainer on-Call Supervisor, you will play a critical role in overseeing the training and development of our on-call staff, ensuring that they are equipped to provide exceptional care to our clients. Responsibilities:
* Design and deliver on-call training programs to ensure staff are knowledgeable and competent in providing home care services
* Develop and implement training materials, including manuals, videos, and online courses, in collaboration with the training team
* Conduct regular training sessions and coaching sessions with on-call staff to address any gaps in knowledge or skills
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making recommendations for improvements
* Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and BrightCare HomeCare's policies and procedures
* Provide on-call support to staff, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
* Participate in regular meetings with the training team to discuss training needs, goals, and objectives
