As a CNA Trainer, you will play a vital role in shaping the careers of our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and supporting our mission to provide exceptional home care services to individuals in need.
**About the Role:**
As a CNA Trainer, you will be responsible for:
**Responsibilities:**
• Providing training and education to new and existing CNAs, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality patient care
• Developing and implementing training programs and materials, including lesson plans, curriculum, and assessments
• Conducting regular evaluations and assessments of trainees to ensure they meet the necessary standards
• Collaborating with the nursing team to identify training needs and develop solutions to address them
• Maintaining accurate records of training sessions and participant progress
**Ideal Candidate:**
• Must have a strong background in CNA training and education
• Willingness to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
