**About the Role:**

As a CNA with BrightCare HomeCare, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, compassionate care to our clients in their homes. Your duties will include:

* Assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Providing vital signs and reporting changes to the client's medical team
* Assisting with medication management and administration
* Maintaining a safe and clean environment for clients
* Providing emotional support and companionship to clients
* Collaborating with other care professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans

**Responsibilities:**

* Provide direct patient care to clients in their homes, including ADLs, vital signs, and medication management
* Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
* Participate in client care conferences to develop and update personalized care plans
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and services provided
* Adhere to professional standards of care and BrightCare HomeCare's policies and procedures

**Requirements:**

* Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Louisiana
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in healthcare-related field preferred
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on customer service
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
