Pay Rate: $22.50 per hour

Location: Cary, NC

Onsite to Start Potential to transition to a Hybrid Schedule after successful completion of training.

Schedule

Training Schedule (6-9 Weeks)

• Monday through Friday

• 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

• In-office attendance required

Regular Schedule

• Monday through Friday

• 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM

What You'll Do

As a Pharmacy Technician Customer Care Specialist, you'll be the primary point of contact for patients and customers, helping ensure medications are delivered accurately and on time.

Responsibilities include:

Handling inbound and outbound customer calls

Scheduling medication deliveries and processing payments

Providing prescription status updates

Assisting customers with insurance verification and refill requests

Answering patient questions and escalating clinical concerns to pharmacists and nurses

Documenting detailed progress notes and customer interactions

Supporting customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution

Identifying and reporting adverse events and product complaints to ensure patient safety

Working collaboratively with pharmacy and clinical teams to support patient care

Qualifications

Required:

Active Pharmacy Technician experience

High School Diploma or GED

At least 1 year of heavy call center experience

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to type 35+ WPM accurately

Reliable transportation

Ability to work onsite during training

Ability to commit to a permanent schedule of 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM
