Make decisions guided by the strategic priorities of functional or major operational segments, leveraging industry knowledge and commercial awareness to enhance financial performance. Direct the resolution of highly complex or unusual business problems, applying advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Operate under the guidance of the organizational functional strategy, impacting functional, divisional, or regional results on a broad scale. Engage in negotiations with senior leaders across the organization to align strategic initiatives with business objectives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred. Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, with a track record of successfully executing HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Extensive knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws, with the ability to apply this knowledge strategically. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience resolving complex business challenges. Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop subordinate managers and teams. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with experience engaging with senior leaders and stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operations effectively.
