This hands-on role involves performing a wide range of tasks, including routine maintenance, repairs, and general facility upkeep across systems such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to work independently within a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.ResponsibilitiesPerform routine maintenance tasks and non-technical repairs related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.Conduct general upkeep of the facility including painting, patching walls, replacing ceiling/floor tiles, and carpeting.Inspect and maintain interior and exterior areas of the site such as walls, floors, fixtures, roofing, and lighting.Support janitorial and hospitality teams with tasks such as furniture moves, event setup/teardown, and waste removal.Assist in managing site-wide operations and maintenance programs as assigned.Safely operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts when necessary.Open, track, and resolve electronic work tickets through the internal work order system.Basic QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role.Must be able to pass background checks as required by job site regulationsAbility to lift up to 35 lbs unassisted.Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks involving bending, climbing ladders, grasping, pulling, pushing, stooping, and stretching.Comfortable working at elevated heights (up to 300 feet) and using ladders or aerial lifts.Other DutiesPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
