As our National Support Center Office Ambassador, you are responsible for creating a warm and welcoming reception to every employee, family, and guest of KinderCare's home office. As the first point of contact for visitors, you'll set the tone for KinderCare's exceptional culture and respond to the unique needs of our entire organization and community members.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a warm, professional, and customer-focused reception experience by greeting and assisting guests, answering and directing incoming calls, monitoring voicemail, communicating guest arrivals and messages, and maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area; ensure reliable front desk coverage through strong attendance and professionalism
• Coordinate support center operations by managing deliveries, ordering and stocking office and coffee supplies, distributing building access cards, creating access and name badges, and serving as the on-site notary as needed
• Submit maintenance requests, coordinate with property management, and ensure office spaces are properly maintained
• Book meeting spaces, assist with meeting and event setup and breakdown, direct vendors, and support in-person team events as needed
• Crosstrain to provide mailroom support and assist with additional administrative tasks, routine assignments, and special projects across departments
• Demonstrate sound judgment, problem-solving, accountability, accuracy, adaptability, and professionalism while effectively prioritizing competing responsibilities, learning new systems quickly, and identifying process improvements in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ years of receptionist, front desk, administrative support, or related experience
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Notary Public certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification within the first 90 days of employment
