Pharmacy Technician
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacists with the preparation, processing, and dispensing of medications. The Pharmacy Technician will assist with day-to-day pharmacy operations while providing accurate and professional service to patients and healthcare staff.
Position Overview
Day/Mid Rotation - Local Contract Allied Health
- Day/Mid Rotation schedule: 7:00 AM - 11:00 PM
- 8-hour shifts
- Shifts may vary between 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM and 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Every 3rd weekend required
- Local Contract Allied Health position
Responsibilities
- Prepare and process medication orders and prescriptions under the supervision of a pharmacist.
- Enter prescription and patient information accurately into the pharmacy system.
- Measure, count, package, and label medications according to established procedures.
- Assist pharmacists with prescription fulfillment and medication preparation.
- Maintain accurate patient and medication records.
