Job Details:

• Location: Golden Valley, MN
• Full-Time | Day Shift | No Weekends | No Call
• Pay: $24.50-$32.77/hour (Based on experience) + Benefits

Position Details:

• Full-time position
• 80 hours per 2-week pay period
• Monday-Friday schedule
• Daytime hours between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM
• No weekends
• No on-call requirements
• Hourly pay of $24.50-$32.77 , based on experience
• Collaborative outpatient clinic environment

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our collaborative outpatient clinic team in Golden Valley, Minnesota.

This is a great opportunity for an LPN who enjoys providing hands-on patient care and working closely with providers and other healthcare professionals in a supportive clinic environment.

-> Responsibilities

The LPN will provide patient care and clinical support while working collaboratively with providers, nurses, and other members of the healthcare team.

Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with patient intake and rooming
• Obtaining vital signs and collecting patient information
• Assisting providers with examinations and procedures
• Administering medications and injections as directed
• Assisting with immunizations
• Collecting laboratory specimens
• Performing phlebotomy and clinic laboratory testing as applicable
• Providing telephone support to patients
• Communicating patient concerns and clinical information to providers
• Assisting with prescription refill requests
• Supporting prior authorization activities
• Coordinating patient care and follow-up
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Supporting efficient patient flow throughout the clinic
• Providing compassionate, patient-centered care

-> Qualifications

Required:

• Active Minnesota Practical Nursing (LPN/PN) license
• Current BLS certification
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative healthcare environment
