Your Tasks

• Responsible for the intensive development and management of dealers in the Eastern Germany sales area.
• Active and intensive consultation and support of dealers to increase market shares in the sales area.
• Acquisition and support of new and existing customers.
• Offer creation including pre- and post-sales support.
• Participation in trade fairs, events, and demonstrations for dealers and end customers.
• Continuous market and competition observation.

Your Profile

• Experience in the sales of construction machinery, attachments, or technical capital goods.
• Completed commercial or technical education.
• Strong technical understanding and/or user knowledge of excavators, attachments, and site operations.
• Market knowledge of construction machinery, attachments, and quick couplers.
• Independent, goal-oriented, and highly organized working style.
• High willingness to travel to support the sales area.
• Good English skills are desirable.
• User knowledge of common computer programs.
• Residence in the sales area.

The necessary home office equipment and work tools such as a laptop, tablet, and mobile phone will be provided.

Company car also for private use.

Salary range of 60-85 T per annum depending on qualification / 30 days of vacation.
