Senior Helpers of West Cuyahoga & Lorain Counties is actively seeking dependable, compassionate, and reliable caregivers who are passionate about helping seniors remain safe and comfortable in their own homes. Whether you are experienced or just beginning your caregiving career, we provide the training and support needed to succeed. Pay Rates Standard Pay: $15 $19 per hour Weekend Premium Pay: $16 $20 per hour Caregiver Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities, if needed, including: bathing, personal hygiene, dressing and grooming, toileting and adult diapering Support mobility, transfers, and fall prevention Provide companionship and emotional support Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed Perform light housekeeping and laundry Provide medication reminders Monitor and report changes in client condition and accurately document care provided Communicate effectively with clients, families, and office staff Accompany clients to appointments or errands when needed Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality Proven reliability and punctuality are essential Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred Ability to pass background check, motor vehicle check, and drug screening Caregiving experience preferred but not required Parkinson's and Dementia care experience is a plus but not required What We Offer Competitive pay with weekend premium rates Flexible scheduling that fits your lifestyle Paid orientation and training Supportive, team-oriented environment Meaningful and rewarding work Retention bonuses Caregiver referral bonuses Client referral bonuses Career growth opportunities Benefits Flexible schedule Paid orientation Paid initial and on-going training Referral program Ongoing caregiver support Why Join Senior Helpers?
