Role Overview The position involves performing objective assessments and developing comprehensive individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients under the supervision of Therapy Leadership. Role Overview The position involves performing objective assessments and developing comprehensive individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients under the supervision of Therapy Leadership. Responsibilities include providing direct supervision to patients, overseeing rehabilitation technicians, and supervising PT assistants in accordance with State Practice Acts, all while adhering to departmental policies, standards, and organizational values. Key Responsibilities Conduct assessments and create treatment plans for adult and geriatric patients. Supervise patients directly and oversee rehabilitation technicians and PT assistants. Maintain compliance with treatment standards, policies, and regulations. Perform duties in alignment with organizational mission, values, and standards. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s, Master of Science, or Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. Current or temporary state licensure in Physical Therapy. Current BLS certification. Preferred: 6 months to 1 year of experience, especially with adult and geriatric care. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform bending, reaching, and other physical tasks.
