We are seeking an experienced Java Developer with AI Tools experience to design, develop, and maintain production-grade backend systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Core Java, distributed systems, and Agentic AI development , with experience building scalable applications in enterprise environments.

The candidate should have a strong understanding of software engineering principles, data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and modern DevOps practices. Experience working with Linux/Unix environments, databases, and Agile development methodologies is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-performance backend applications using Core Java.
• Build scalable and distributed systems capable of supporting large-scale production workloads.
• Apply data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns to develop efficient and maintainable solutions.
• Develop and integrate Agentic AI solutions and AI development tools into enterprise applications.
• Work with relational and document-oriented databases.
• Develop and maintain applications in Linux/Unix environments using scripting and automation.
• Troubleshoot complex application and system issues and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Follow Agile development methodologies and DevOps best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, testing, and deployment activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in Core Java development .
• Proven experience building production-grade backend systems.
• Experience designing and developing large-scale, distributed systems.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI development and AI tools .
• Strong working knowledge of Linux/Unix environments and scripting.
• Experience with relational and/or document-oriented databases.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and modern software delivery processes.
• Experience integrating AI capabilities into Java-based backend applications.
• Experience with enterprise-scale application development and distributed architectures.
