We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Part Time Account Manager Assistant opportunity with a Florida-based employee benefits and insurance consulting firm. The position will provide administrative and operational support to the Account Management team. This position requires flexibility between various tasks daily.

The Part Time Account Manager Assistant is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:

• Provide support to the Account Management and Operations teams, as directed.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Account Management & Operations) weekly to meet goals and expectations, which includes attending weekly meetings.
• Provide support by creating spreadsheets, renewal proposals, PowerPoint presentations, and enrollment materials for Open Enrollment meetings.
• Assist in copying, scanning, printing, and assembling presentation materials for Account Executives' client meetings and Open Enrollment.
• Manage calendars and coordinate meetings and conference calls, as assigned.
• Assist with daily benefits administration and Account Management Team processing tasks, including:
• • Adding and terminating benefits
  • Pulling/reviewing payroll deduction reports
  • Cobra administration
  • Assisting with claims resolution, within scope and Director approval

Required qualifications for the position include:

• Excellent computer skills required.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, as well as knowledge of CoPilot, ChatGPT, or related AI applications.
• Basic to advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Word.
• Attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect, listen, and advise.
• Excellent time and priority management with a strong sense of urgency and ownership.

Preferred qualifications for the position include:

• Experience in the Health Insurance industry.
• State of Florida Life and Health Insurance License.

Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
