About the Position

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 4 days on / 4 days off | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Emergency Room setting with an average census of 5–10 patients
• Deliver nursing care in a Med Surg capacity at a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans across both ER and Med Surg environments
• Respond to emergent and urgent patient needs, initiating appropriate interventions in a timely manner
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Demonstrated experience in both Emergency Room and Med Surg nursing
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Current PALS certification
• Current TNCC certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Comfort and proficiency working in a dual-role ER and Med Surg environment
• Experience in a small or critical access hospital setting
