Registered Nurse Rapid Response

HCA Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Rapid Response PRN team. In this critical role, you will respond quickly to patient deterioration across hospital units, perform focused assessments, initiate life-saving interventions, and collaborate with physicians and bedside staff. You will administer medications, manage complex equipment, and ensure accurate documentation in the EHR. You’ll support education of staff on early warning signs, champion patient safety, and reflect our culture of compassion, teamwork, and continuous learning while gaining exposure to diverse clinical situations.
