Position Development Engineer Location Kusterdingen, Germany Field Automotive Type Full‑time Tasks Identifying cause‑and‑effect relationships in MEMS‑based pressure sensors Drawing conclusions through sensor modeling, simulation, and validation Presenting results to the team and preparing documentation for communication with customers Requirements A bachelor's or master's degree in physics, electrical engineering, microsystems engineering, or a related field Experience in the development, characterization, and validation of sensor systems Practical experience with data analysis and statistical tools (e.g., MATLAB, Python, Tableau) Basic knowledge of sensor principles, signal processing, MEMS/ASIC development and technology, packaging technology, and testing procedures is a plus Very good English skills required; German is a plus What we offer Join a cosmopolitan and internationally mixed team: We welcome individuals from all backgrounds and cultures to contribute their unique perspectives and talents to our team.
