Position Development Engineer for Floor Systems and Welded Structures Location Penzberg, Germany Field Defence Type Full-time Tasks Design of components for unmanned reconnaissance systems (aircraft and primarily ground system components) Revision of construction documents for welded structures of ground systems (e.g., ground control station, workshop equipment, launch platform) Preparation/revision of construction documents for prototype and series production, test documents, and specifications Production support (coordination with suppliers of structural components, qualification of components) Coordination of KM/QM/SB Creation and updating of the system definition list and K-status list Creation of, or participation in the creation of, an internal company design guideline for welded structures Requirements Bachelor of Engineering (FH/TU), preferably in mechanical engineering Knowledge of welded structures (including equipment design, structural analysis, and design management) Proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks) Basic knowledge of systems engineering and requirements engineering is desirable Proficiency in standard office software (MS Office) Technical English and good German language skills Flexibility, ability to work in a team, high level of commitment, and attention to quality What we offer Join a cosmopolitan and internationally mixed team: We welcome individuals from all backgrounds and cultures to contribute their unique perspectives and talents to our team.
