College Partnership Manager

The manager of college partnerships will be the primary day-to-day contact for select long term, collegiate strategic partners and licensing agencies. We are looking for motivated candidates looking to grow their career alongside the business.Analyze business against annual guarantee commitments, developing trackers to monitorexecution and updating leadership on a monthly and ad hoc basis.Collaborate with all cross-functional partners including finance, accounting, merchandising, sales, and marketing teams to successfully execute all licensing contractual obligations.Be licensing expert for select schools, fielding questions related to contractual rights and responding to business requests for school and agency partners.Conduct frequent touch bases with schools and agency partners.Represent Unrivaled Teamwear at school, agency and industry events/meetings, recommendingproducts and programs that are consistent with retailer and brand strategies.Manage planning and execution of meetings with both internal and external partners, includingbuilding agendas and presentations, securing samples, determining attendees, and running prepmeetings.Assist with coordination of Unrivaled Teamwear activities such as, but not limited to, the annual partner summit, ICLA Winter/Tailgate programming and social functions at industry events.Collaborate with the partnerships team on the creation of proposal decksQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.3-5 years of experience in account management, partnership management, licensing, business development, or a related field.Experience working with collegiate licensing, sports apparel, retail, or consumer products preferred.Experience managing external business relationships and coordinating cross-functional projects.Experience analyzing business performance, tracking financial commitments, and preparing reports.Ability to travel as needed to attend partner meetings, collegiate events, and industry functions.Job RequirementsStrong relationship management skills with the ability to build and maintain effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, evaluate business performance, and monitor contractual commitments.Ability to understand and interpret licensing agreements, contractual rights, and obligations.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to develop financial trackers, reports, and presentations.Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and partner commitments.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present information effectively to business partners and leadership.Ability to collaborate across finance, accounting, merchandising, sales, and marketing functions.Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in reporting, documentation, and execution of contractual obligations.Ability to independently identify issues, recommend solutions, and exercise sound business judgment.Knowledge of collegiate licensing practices, retail distribution, and sports apparel industry trends preferred.Ability to plan, coordinate, and facilitate meetings, presentations, and partner events.EOE/AA: Minorities/Females/Veterans/DisabledReasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of all activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the associate.
