This contract position is suited for a dedicated School Counselor, School Social Worker, or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) ready to make a difference through the BCIU Bridge Program. Starting as soon as possible and extending through June 2027, this opportunity offers steady, impactful work with the potential to expand into a full-time position.

Enjoy a balanced weekly schedule:

• Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
• Tuesdays, Thursdays: 10:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Candidates with experience in schools—whether as a Social Worker or Counselor—will provide essential support and counseling services to students, helping navigate academic, emotional, and social challenges.

Qualifications:

• Valid Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) Certification
• Fully credentialed as a School Counselor, School Social Worker, or LPC
• Experience working in school environments strongly preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individual and group counseling sessions for students
• Support social, emotional, and behavioral development
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to foster a positive learning environment
• Develop and implement support plans and interventions
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation
