Mill Machinist - Level 2/3

Genuine Machine Products is seeking an experienced Mill Machinist Level 2/3 to join our night shift team. In this role, you’ll produce high-quality precision parts that meet strict industry and customer standards. You’ll work in a clean, organized, and safety-focused environment where quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement are top priorities. What You’ll Do Operate CNC milling machines in accordance with company procedures and safety standards. Read and interpret blueprints, travelers, and technical instructions . Load and unload materials and finished parts efficiently. Perform basic machine setups and communicate tooling requirements. Measure, inspect, and document production and quality data. Maintain a clean and organized work area and complete required documentation. Collaborate with team members and provide feedback for continuous improvement. What We’re Looking For Experience & Education 5+ years of CNC Mill operation and setup experience. High school diploma or GED. Skills & Knowledge Intermediate understanding of machine functions, tolerances, and GD&T. Strong mechanical aptitude and mathematical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel . Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities. High attention to detail and strong work ethic. Technical Proficiency Equipment troubleshooting. CNC tooling. CNC programming. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working around occasional fumes, odors, and dust.
