Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Fast Food Store Manager for a direct hire opportunity in North Hills, CA. This is a high-impact leadership role overseeing one of the larger, high-volume restaurant locations with approximately 45 employees, indoor dining, and drive-thru operations.

The ideal Fast Food Store Manager is a hands-on, confident leader who can motivate teams, manage daily restaurant operations, control costs, improve service, and maintain strong performance in a fast-paced environment. This opportunity is a strong fit for a professional restaurant manager who enjoys coaching employees, building team collaboration, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead daily restaurant operations for a high-volume fast food location, including staffing, service quality, food safety, guest satisfaction, and operational standards.
- Recruit, interview, hire, train, coach, and manage crew members, leads, and assistant managers to ensure strong team performance and proper coverage.
- Manage labor costs, scheduling, meal and rest break compliance, timekeeping, inventory, food orders, supply orders, invoices, and daily revenue reconciliation.
- Oversee cash management, register audits, safe audits, bank deposits, point-of-sale system updates, and restaurant reporting.
- Drive sales and profitability by controlling food, beverage, supply, and labor costs while resolving guest concerns quickly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, food handling standards, labor laws, equipment maintenance requirements, and security procedures.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $28 to $30 per hour, depending on experience.
- Job Type: Direct hire.
- Schedule: Must be willing to work weekends.
- Location: North Hills, CA.
