Kitchen Manager – Part-Time Juice Production

Pay: $25–$28/hour, depending on experience

Part-Time | Mid-Level

Clean Fix Juice Co. is looking for a reliable, organized, hands-on Kitchen Manager to oversee our juice production kitchen and production staff.

This is a working manager position. You will manage the team while also actively participating in production every shift, including juicing, prepping produce, bottling, labeling, and cleanup.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct kitchen staff during production shifts

• Actively juice and work alongside the production team

• Wash, prep, and organize produce for production

• Bottle and label finished juices

• Ensure daily production lists are completed accurately and on time

• Assign tasks and keep the team moving efficiently

• Verify produce inventory and ensure produce counts are completed after each production session

• Identify shortages before they become production problems

• Maintain organization and cleanliness throughout the kitchen

• Ensure staff follow food-safety, handwashing, glove, sanitation, and cleaning procedures

• Check that recipes, quantities, and production requirements are followed correctly

• Train new employees and reinforce company procedures

• Communicate clearly with the owner regarding inventory, production issues, staffing concerns, and anything that needs attention

• Hold employees accountable while maintaining a respectful and positive work environment

Scheduling is not a required part of this position. If the right candidate is interested in taking on scheduling responsibilities, that can be discussed separately.

Previous kitchen management, food production, restaurant, catering, commissary kitchen, or supervisory experience is strongly preferred.

This is a part-time, mid-level position paying $25–$28 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

Clean Fix Juice Co. is a growing cold-pressed juice company dedicated to making fresh, high-quality juice with no added water, preservatives, or artificial ingredients.

We’re looking for a dependable, organized, hands-on Kitchen Manager who can lead our production team while also actively working alongside them. This is not a desk management position. You will be involved in juicing, prep, bottling, labeling, cleanup, and all aspects of daily production.

Responsibilities

* Lead and oversee kitchen staff during production shifts
* Assign tasks and make sure the team stays on schedule
* Work hands-on in production, including juicing, produce prep, bottling, labeling, and cleanup
* Wash, prep, and organize fresh produce
* Operate commercial cold-press juicing equipment
* Ensure recipes are followed exactly and quality standards are maintained
* Monitor production quantities and make sure required juice amounts are completed
* Oversee produce counts and inventory at the end of production sessions
* Identify shortages or production issues before they become larger problems
* Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient kitchen
* Make sure all food safety, sanitation, handwashing, glove, and cleaning procedures are followed
* Train new employees and reinforce company procedures
* Help prepare orders for farmers markets, deliveries, and customer pickups
* Communicate clearly with the owner regarding production, inventory, staffing concerns, and anything that needs attention
* Hold team members accountable in a respectful and professional manner
* Help create a positive, productive work environment

Qualifications

* Previous kitchen management, supervisory, food production, restaurant, catering, or commercial kitchen experience strongly preferred
* Comfortable leading a team and giving clear direction
* Able to work independently and make decisions during production
* Highly organized and detail-oriented
* Proactive and able to identify problems before they affect production
* Able to lift up to 50 pounds
* Reliable transportation required
* Punctual and dependable
* Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Positive attitude and willingness to work alongside the team
* Three professional references required
* Food Handler Card, or willingness to obtain one
