Juice Bar Manager

Juice Bar Manager at EōS Fitness – an energetic, upbeat, and motivating environment where employees help members achieve fitness goals while engaging with a vibrant community. Position Purpose Be a great host and create a fun atmosphere for members, guests, and staff, while maintaining high standards for cleanliness, safety, inventory, and company asset protection. Responsibilities Greet members and guests with a friendly and professional attitude Prepare and serve specialty drinks Regularly speak and interact with members, guests, and staff Order all department materials, including juice bar and pro‑shop items, and manage deliveries using proper receiving procedures Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation Follow health and safety guidelines Adhere to recipes and presentations for food and beverage items Replenish, monitor, and control inventory Provide customers with product details, such as nutritional information or preparation descriptions Perform other tasks as assigned by management Monitor drawer counts for completion and accuracy every two hours Maintain the highest level of security and protect company assets from theft Qualifications Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals Ability to write reports and correspondence Effective communication with customers and team members Ability to speak effectively in front of groups of customers or team members Previous experience in customer service or a similar role Experience or strong interest in the fitness industry is a plus Strong customer service and hospitality skills Strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor Effective interpersonal and listening skills Leadership, team‑building, and management abilities Effective planning and organization skills Positive attitude and ability to resolve issues Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Embraces EōS Fitness core values Requirements CPR certification required within 30 days of hire Mandatory company training within 30 days of employment Abide by all current company policies and SOPs, which may be updated Ability to work in a gym setting; move about club floors and rooms; communicate with employees, members, and the public Ability to bend routinely and lift more than 40 lbs Standing or walking for extended periods with a professional demeanor, clear communication, and clean uniform Operate company computer systems to prepare documents, enter data, and read reports from database or email system California Pay Range : $20—$21 USD Benefits And Perks A highly energetic and collaborative team A management team that cares about your professional development Free membership for you and one family member Discounted personal training, merchandise, and supplements Employee referral program Daily pay offered – access funds before payday Competitive pay plus vacation, holiday, and sick pay* Group health, dental, vision, supplemental life, employee assistance program, and pet insurance* 401(k) with company matching* Personal education growth options with Sophia Learning EōS Fitness is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
