Qualifications:
- 3 - 5 years leadership experience in luxury hospitality, fine dining or high-quality bar environment
- Proven success with developing a cocktail program and training a bar team
- Financial acumen with experience managing budgets, labor, and P&L performance
- Develop cocktail list and beer offerings tailored for each concept
- Manage day to day bar operations in the lobby café and hotel bar outlets
- Develop and implement SOPs, cocktail recipes, and service standards
