Coffee Shop Manager (Fast Times - Palisades)

Overview We’re looking for a fantastic Coffee Shop Manager to lead Buck Mason’s Fast Times SoHo location. Responsibilities Be a leader for the team, setting high performance standards. Run shifts, ensuring the team meets the schedule and delivers top‑notch hospitality. Train new hires and keep existing staff skilled with the latest product offerings. Monitor operations and enforce safety and standards. Provide timely feedback to improve performance. Maintain coffee knowledge through tastings, cuppings, and training. Prepare high‑quality drinks and food items. Enforce safe food handling and sanitation. Qualifications At least one year of team‑lead experience. Food Safety Certification or willingness to obtain it within 30 days. Strong math and computer skills.
