Victim Services is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and dependable Data Entry Specialist to support the accurate collection, entry, tracking, and reporting of program data. This position serves as a Program Administrator for Victim Services’ data management systems and works closely with program staff to ensure information is complete, accurate, timely, and compliant with agency and funding requirements.

The ideal candidate has excellent attention to detail, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work with confidential and sensitive information. This position also interacts with clients and should be comfortable providing patient, respectful assistance when helping individuals complete required paperwork.

This position is well suited for someone who enjoys creating order, maintaining accurate records, solving data-related problems, and supporting a team whose work makes a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet recurring reporting deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort working with databases, web-based software, spreadsheets, and electronic recordkeeping systems.
• Ability to learn new data management and reporting systems.
• Ability to communicate professionally and respectfully with clients, staff, volunteers, and community partners.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Sound judgment when handling confidential and sensitive information.
