LPN or RN - FT Day - Hoeger House - Post Acute Care

Registered Nurse (RN) Sanford Health seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide individualized nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility. The RN will collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to plan, implement, and evaluate care using the nursing process. Work Shift: 12‑hour day shift (United States). Scheduled weekly hours: 36. Compensation: $26.00–$48.00 per hour (LPN: $26.00–$36.00, RN: $35.00–$48.00). No union position. Sign‑on bonuses available for full‑time LPNs and RNs. Responsibilities Utilize the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation—to provide individualized nursing care. Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues, including providers, to develop and execute care plans. Perform comprehensive resident assessments and deliver preventive, maintenance, diagnostic, and therapeutic care. Coordinate care, educate residents, and implement various nursing interventions. Serve as charge nurse when assigned and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel within their scope of practice. Provide guidance and support to delegates to ensure safe, reliable administration of resident care and resolve care and service concerns. Practice within the scopes and standards of nursing practice as outlined by the Nurse Practice Act, state licensing regulations, and the American Nurses Association standards. Qualifications Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (preferred). Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred. Current, unencumbered RN license with the state board where practice occurs; multistate licensure acceptable under the Nurse Licensure Compact.
