Senior NetSuite Financial Systems Engineer

Act as the embedded technical owner for Finance systems, translating business requirements into integrated and maintained solutions across the full project lifecycle. Build and maintain integrations across NetSuite, ADP, billing and AP tools, and Databricks. Execute SSRS-to-Databricks reporting migration, PO system implementation, and client portal development. Unlock underutilized NetSuite capabilities and lead projects from requirements through deployment. Direct the ACS NetSuite support contractor team and manage additional contractors for project spikes. Build secure, HIPAA-compliant data delivery mechanisms that eliminate PHI exposure in manual Finance workflows. Maintain a prioritized engineering backlog for Finance initiatives. , invoice reconciliation, reporting, and anomaly detection. Evaluate AI tools and provide build-vs.-buy recommendations to Finance and IT leadership. Expand technical support across the CFO Organization, including FP&A and Finance Operations. Requirements 5+ years of experience in a technical engineering or systems integration role Ability to operate autonomously across the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering through deployment Hands-on expertise with NetSuite ERP configurations, workflows, and integration development Experience directing or managing NetSuite support teams strongly preferred Experience building and maintaining data pipelines and integrations involving Databricks or comparable data warehouse platforms Proficiency integrating payroll and financial systems, including ADP or similar platforms, with downstream ERP and reporting tools Strong understanding of AP/AR, billing, and financial operations workflows Experience managing contractor or vendor relationships, including scoping work and directing delivery Ability to design and implement secure data handling solutions in HIPAA-regulated environments Ability to maintain a prioritized technical backlog and communicate tradeoffs to technical and non-technical stakeholders Demonstrated practical AI and automation experience applied to finance or operations workflows Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field strongly preferred Bonus: Experience with SSRS reporting migration, client portal development, or PO system implementation Bonus: Familiarity with GitHub, Jira, or similar development and project tracking tools Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in Finance systems integration, including NetSuite ERP configurations and data pipeline development.
