Start Date: June 6 Schedule: 3×12-hour shifts (36 hours/week) Pay Rate: $25/hr Setting: Correctional facility

Role Overview

We are hiring two Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to support a correctional facility in Dillwyn, VA . This role is ideal for CNAs with strong clinical experience who feel confident working in a structured, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or LPN

• Assist with daily living activities, hygiene, mobility, and comfort measures

• Perform individualized patient care tasks based on patient needs

• Support nursing staff with non-professional services essential to patient well-being

• Maintain safety, professionalism, and clear communication within a correctional setting

What We're Looking For

• Active CNA license in Virginia

• Strong experience providing hands-on patient care

• Comfort working in a correctional environment

• Ability to remain calm, professional, and patient-focused

• Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills
