Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough mental health assessments to establish accurate diagnoses and develop individualized treatment plans that reflect each client's unique needs and goals.
• Maintain a manageable caseload of 25-30 clients per week, providing high-quality therapy across various formats, including individual, family, and group sessions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by building rapport with clients and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
• Document each session meticulously, adhering to company guidelines for treatment plans, diagnostic assessments, and clinical notes.
• Utilize innovative therapeutic interventions tailored to the client's objectives, encouraging progress and measurable success.
• Coordinate care with case managers, families, medical personnel, and school staff to ensure comprehensive support for each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LMFT at Diamondback Health Center, you will engage with a wide range of clients, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. The clinic serves a diverse demographic, with clients experiencing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Proven experience in preparing and implementing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and case documentation.
• Experience working with a diverse clientele, particularly children, adolescents, couples, and families.

Compensation and Benefits

In exchange for your expertise and dedication, Diamondback Health Center offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
