Overview
Registered Nurse – Med Surg Tele, Morrisville, Vermont. This is a travel, temporary assignment starting 08/24/2026 for 13 weeks, with guaranteed 36 hours per week on the Days shift in a hospital setting. Weekly pay ranges from $2,004 to $2,113. This assignment requires current, active nursing practice in a hospital environment and the ability to deliver age-specific direct patient care under standard Nursing and Specialty care guidelines.

Responsibilities
- Deliver age-specific direct patient care using the Nursing Process within Department of Nursing standards and specialty-specific care standards.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop and implement care plans, and document care accurately and timely.
- Administer medications, monitor patient responses, and report changes to the patient’s care team.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective, and efficient patient care; educate patients and families as appropriate.
- Assume leadership responsibilities on the unit, including delegation of tasks to other levels of staff and supervision as assigned.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable state and federal laws, regulations, and hospital policies governing health care provision.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license (state of assignment or as required by board policies).
- Current ACLS, BLS, PALS (or ENPC), and de-escalation training must be active prior to contract start date or booked by orientation.
- Experience in Med Surg Tele or related acute care setting preferred.
- Ability to work in a hospital environment and perform age-appropriate nursing care across patient populations.
- Willingness to participate in a 13-week travel assignment and meet the guaranteed hours requirement.
