Role Senior Analyst in Technology Product Management supporting Therapeutics Discovery at Johnson & Johnson, focusing on scientific, digital, data, automation, and technology initiatives. Responsibilities conduct business analysis by gathering and documenting requirements, developing process maps, and supporting solution evaluations engage stakeholders including scientists, product teams, and vendors analyze current processes, identify improvements, and support change management contribute to establishing business analysis standards and knowledge sharing Requirements Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, IT, Business, or Engineering 5+ years in business analysis, product management, or related fields strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills Preferred experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare research organizations familiarity with lab/scientific automation, AI, digital tech, Agile methodologies, and business documentation HighValue biopharma, scientific/technology domains, therapeutic discovery, digital transformation, cross-functional stakeholder engagement, process optimization, and technology delivery.
