With a focus on delivering reliable, high-speed satellite services to the aerospace industry, Gilat Stellar Blu enables seamless, scalable connectivity for commercial and business aviation.We are seeking a Quality Control Inspector to join our Quality team at Stellar Blu. This role is responsible for performing mechanical, electrical, and visual inspections of incoming, in-process, and final assemblies, components, and parts.What You Will DoPerform visual and dimensional inspections of parts and assemblies using tools such as micrometers and calipers.Review drawings, specifications, and logs to ensure compliance with requirements.Approve or reject incoming materials; initiate and document nonconformance reports (NCRs).Maintain accurate inspection records and ensure traceability.Provide feedback to production teams and communicate quality alerts.Support continuous improvement initiatives, quality processes, and audits.Collaborate with suppliers, operators, and supervisors to resolve quality issues.Requirements5+ years of experience in quality inspection or a related field.Aerospace or SATCOM industry experience - an advantageStrong skills with inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, including geometric tolerances.Experience working with ERP systems, in particulary SAP and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in cross-functional teams.Ability to handle and position larger components (such as antennas up to ~50 lbs) safely for inspectionAvailability to travelWORK AUTHORIZATION/SECURITY CLEARANCE: Must be able to work in the US without sponsorship legally.The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
