Pay Rate: Starting at $32/hour+, based on experience

Sign-On Bonus: $14,000 (2-year commitment required)

What You'll Do

• Evaluate patient functions through formal and informal assessments across neurological, skeletal, respiratory, and cognitive areas
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with physician orders and policies
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatment options, and prognosis
• Supervise Occupational Therapist Assistants, aides, and students to ensure quality care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes
• Document patient responses and progress for billing, compliance, and care planning
• Promote occupational therapy services within the community and participate in team and community education initiatives

What You Need

Required:

• Michigan State Occupational Therapist License
• Recent experience or new graduate with relevant clinical exposure
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

• Experience in outpatient therapy, acute care, or similar settings
• Ability to handle a diverse caseload with compassion and professionalism
